1. Research Use Only (RUO)
All products sold by LeanX System are supplied strictly for Research Use Only (RUO) by qualified professionals. Our products are not intended or sold for human or animal consumption, and are not for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use of any kind.
By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are acquiring the product solely for lawful research purposes and that you will handle, store, and dispose of it responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and intended use comply with all laws applicable to you, including the laws of your country of residence.
3. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and to modify prices, product details, or availability at any time without notice. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
4. Orders & Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where there is an error in pricing or description, or where we suspect the order may not comply with these Terms.
5. Payment
All major cards are accepted and processed securely at checkout. Payment must be received infull before your order is dispatched.
6. Shipping
Orders within Australia are shipped free of charge with tracked express postage via Australia Post. We also ship internationally, with Regular ($29.95) and Express ($49.95) international shipping options selectable at checkout. Dispatch and delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Information page. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
International orders: Any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. LeanX System does not take responsibility for such charges, nor for any delays, holds, returns, or destruction of parcels by customs or local authorities. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product can be lawfully imported into their country.
7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or returns once an order has been dispatched. This is standard practice for research-grade products of this type and is necessary to protect product integrity.
However, we stand behind every order. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with a missing component, please contact us at [email protected] and we will provide a replacement. We will always do our best to make sure you are happy with your order and looked after.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
8. Storage & Handling
You are responsible for the correct storage and handling of the product once it has been delivered, including refrigerating the cartridge promptly on arrival as instructed. We are not liable for any degradation, loss, or damage resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeanX System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
You assume full responsibility for the use of any product purchased and agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use, handling, or misuse of the product.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of LeanX System and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website, and continued use of the site or placement of an order constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
